TELEIOS PARTNERS APPLICATION INFORMATION

Teleios Partners helps ministries that are not properly disciple, lack funding and who desire to effectively reach their communities for Christ. TP offers grants for professional development and discipleship training at no cost to the recipient, and TP will also provide development enhancement matching cash grants to qualifying ministries.

OUR SERVICES

We analyze a ministry according to our guidelines and then offer:

Grants or matching cash grants to qualifying Christian ministries
Training and non-profit consultation

There are no fees associated with our services.

Training and Consultation includes:

Creation of strategic plan
Assistance with fundraising efforts
Business SWOT analysis
Board development

OUR REQUIREMENTS

The majority of Teleios Partners grants are matching grants. Simply put, organizations receiving grants must raise the approved amount before Teleios Partners will distribute a grant.

HOW TO APPLY

Complete the following phases to obtain a Teleios Partners Grant:

PHASES ONE - INQUIRY

We first ask your organization to complete Teleios Partners online Grant Inquiry.

Simple online inquiry that helps us understand your organization.
We will review the Grant Inquiry to ensure that your organization matches our grant requirements.
You will receive and email that will 1. invite you to fill-out a full online grant application or 2. will be notified that your organization does not match our grant criteria. If your organization does not match, then you are invited to reapply one-year from the date of the last Grant Inquiry submission.

PHASE TWO - APPLICATION

The Application is a detailed online form that helps us understand in detail what your organization does and why you are applying for a grant.

The Application is broken into sections and has required fields*.
Once the required fields are completed, you may submit the application for formal review.
After reviewing your online Application, Teleios Partners will notify you via email and phone whether your organization does or does not match our grant criteria.

PHASE THREE - GRANTS

If your application is chosen to receive a grant, a representative from Teleios Partners will schedule a time to visit your organization on-site and begin the granting process.

The purpose of this meeting is to further discuss your funding needs and to present those needs to our board for quarterly funding distributions.
